You design, train, and operationalise ML components that ship safely and explainably to production.

## What you will do

* ML pipelines, evaluation, and monitoring alongside product teams
* Work with domain experts to make data and labels usable
* Document and hand off so others can build with you

## What we look for

* Experience with Python and mainstream ML frameworks
* Practical MLOps, versioning, and data-quality instincts
* Strong communicator—you explain trade-offs clearly
